Failure to complete verification or submission of false information may result in account suspension, withdrawal restrictions or permanent account closure.

10. Limitation of Liability

While TrustiBet makes every effort to maintain uninterrupted and secure services, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption or error. TrustiBet shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, except where required by applicable law.
