These Terms govern your use of ClaimRise and its website. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
1. Eligibility
You may use ClaimRise only if you are legally permitted to use the relevant services in your jurisdiction. You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
2. Account Security

3. Mining Packages
ClaimRise may offer mining-related packages priced from USD $10 to USD $10,000, subject to availability. Package prices, terms, duration, applicable credits and conditions should be reviewed before purchase.
A package provides only the service or allocation described in its applicable terms. Unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise, purchasing a package does not give you ownership of physical mining equipment. Multiple purchases, where permitted, may be recorded separately in your account.
4. Package Duration, Credits and Risks
The standard package term is five years, subject to the package details shown at purchase. Applicable credit schedules, calculations and withdrawal conditions are governed by the terms provided for the relevant package.
Cryptocurrency mining may be affected by equipment performance, electricity and maintenance costs, network conditions, mining difficulty and digital-asset prices. Package information or projections should not be treated as a guarantee of future performance or as independent financial advice.
5. Package Purchases and Refunds
The package purchase price is the amount paid for the package described in the relevant order. The original purchase price is not automatically returned at the end of the standard package term.
Any cancellation, refund or other rights remain subject to the applicable package terms and consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Deposits, Withdrawals and Verification
Deposits, withdrawals and account credits are subject to the procedures and requirements shown on the Website. You may be asked for transaction references, proof of payment or identity verification where reasonably needed for security, payment processing or legal compliance.
A request is not necessarily complete until it has been processed and its status confirmed. Processing times may vary. You must not submit forged payment evidence or use a payment method without authorisation.
7. Promotional Activities and Prize Draws
Any promotional activity or prize draw offered on ClaimRise is subject to the specific rules displayed for that activity, including its eligibility requirements, entry price, prizes and closing time. Such activities are available only where permitted by applicable law.
8. Prohibited Activities
You must not:
- Use the Website for unlawful purposes.
- Submit false, forged or misleading information.
- Attempt to manipulate package calculations, account balances or activity results.
- Interfere with the Website or attempt unauthorised access to systems or data.
- Use another person's payment details without permission.
We may review suspected violations and take appropriate action where permitted by law.
9. Account Restrictions and Closure
We may restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, address security risks or comply with law. Account restrictions do not remove any valid contractual obligations or statutory rights.

We aim to keep the Website available and secure, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, technical faults or issues outside our reasonable control may affect availability. Changes to existing package terms will be handled subject to the applicable agreement and law.

12. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
